I first e-mailed this guy and asked if the wheels I wanted could be delivered to me by a certain time (NOT just shipped by that time), as it was important, even if I had to go with another company and pay more for shipping. He assured me he could, so I paid immediately. Well of course, the day they were supposed to be there, they weren't, and I had taken off work to receive them. Then when I FINALLY got the tracking number, I saw that he did the same thing I could have done... ordered them from across the country.
So today I took off of work AGAIN to receive them. The wheels get within 30 miles of my location, and this jerk tells them to turn around! Don't ever do business with this guy if it's something that you really need. I'm posting this on every consumer complaint site I can find, since I'm off work today anyway, and maybe other people will see it every time they do a search of his company. You can't trust him!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Do not trust crowders I agree thst he would do something like that! He tried to scam me on a 100$ steering wheel I paid for it he uploaded a tracking number and when it said it was delivered it was a piece of paper he threatened to beat my ### over the phone and I have 100% recorded calls from him once he heard I was recording he straightened up. I ended up having to get ebay to open a case because he made ebay think he shipped out my wheel when all he shipped was a paper saying that KS for your business I'll ship it when I can DO NOT BUY! REPORT ALL PROBLEMS SPEAK THE TRUTH HE DOESN'T HAVE THE MONEY FOR LAWYERS EVEN SAID HHAAB YOU MUST NOT HAVE A JOB WITH ALL THIS TIME ON YOUR HANDS BUT GUESS WHAT I BELIEVE IN HONESTY AND NOT LETTING YOU RIP OTHERS OFF
Why not tell the whole truth? You STOPPED PAYMENT on the order! So we had UPS stop shipment and send the wheels back to us... When a customer trys to steal from us, by stopping the credit card payment, then we get our product back... Your scam did not work.
You forgot to mention you stopped payment on the order and tried to steal the wheels! by not paying for them... Thats why we stopped the shipment. Why not tell the whole truth?
