Cosmic Development review: Outsourcing

I had the unfortunate experience of working with this company and am unhappy.

I was contacted by Viktor Mitrevski at Cosmic Development, I believe he told me he is the CEO.

This company over promises and under delivers. Viktor Mitrevski will tell you he will build you a space
shuttle if it will land him business. I had a project I decided to give as a test,
I was told no problem we can do it. Always no problem whatever you ask. But when it comes to delivering
a product it was a big problem but by that time it's too late they already got my money.
Viktor said they delivered what was asked and each time I said this is not true or it's poor quality he wouldn't listen.

Cosmic Development is not a company I would recommend, be careful if someone from this company
contacts you.
