Landlord Name: Sharon Okrasa

Beware of renting at 1810 Spruce Hill Rd., Pickering, ON. I was harassed for 20 Months by another tenant who is there to care for the house when the landlord, Sharon Okrasa, is away. They both gave instructions all the time about keeping clean, putting the garbage out, cleaning the floors, cleaning the fridge, cleaning the kitchen counters, etc. All this was done, but they wanted more and more, non stop. You become their janitor 24/7
In addition they try to prevent you from using the heating in the winter, and the cooling in the summer, all that while you pay your rent on time. In the summer was so hot upstairs I had to sleep in the living room. Her sons came for a visit and took over the basement which was cooler. Twice a year or so they come and is a mess because they also bring friends and girlfriends. Is like living in a bus, full of people. I just wanted to live in peace. At the end the landlord also refused to return $150 of overpay in the rent. The guy looks like mentally unstable, never say hello, always looks angry for something and has an arrogant behavior, asking for things like giving an order. The house is nice but don't worth the nerves I had to endure over there. Stay clear of that property if you want to live in peace.
