Choxi / Did not receive my order

I placed an order with them three weeks ago and never received anything. I emailed them after the first week because I never received a tracking number and never got a response. I tried going on their website to check on the order and their website is down. The total is 76.00. Order number 24459692. At this point I just would like a refund. I wish I would of read the reviews on them beforehand
