[Resolved] / AirTkt.comair ticket booking company

We missed our flight due to weather conditions. We called to cancel flight 2 hours before flight departed. They said there was nothing the could do. They would not reschedule or reimburse us for the tickets. It was a round trip ticket Seattle to Bangkok. We booked a one way flight the next day with a different agency. On our return we learned that CheapFareGuru canceled our return tickets also when we showed up at Bangkok Airport on the day we were to leave. No Email was sent to us, nothing. We got ripped off for a lot of money plus the extra thousands of dollars we spent on last minute tickets. Why are these crooks allowed to stay in business. My only alternative is to take them to small claims court I guess.

    Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.
