Cell Phonebill

received an 800.00 cell phone bill, 650.00 i was told was over usage on data. our office uses clear, unlimited for 50.00 a month. our internet went down when they were working on the local tower so we used the verizon hot spot. we only used it off and on for a week. verizon told me there was nothing they could do about the bill. said they sent us over usage alerts which we did not get. checked our spam folder as well. i cancelled my service on the spot and will never ever use them again and will tell everyone i know how they cheat and overcharge their customers. i don't believe for a moment that they couldn't have discounted that bill. BEWARE!
