Campbell Family Practice & Internal Medicine Associates

I have been a patient with Campbell Family Practice for many years to only find them compassionate about the well-being of myself and my family. Yes, sometimes I do have to wait BUT there have been many times that my appointment has lasted longer than it should and other patients have had to wait for me so I feel it all works out. They've always worked with me on payment plans for the services that my insurance doesn't pay; its never been about the money! Their office hours have always been very accommodating to my schedule as they do offer extended hours. I can't thank them enough. Campbell Family Practice, YOU are our doctor of choice!

This clinic (Campbell Family Practice) has horrible service. The wait time is often 2 hours because they overbook. They are all about the money. They also own a spa and they go so far as to advertise procedures in each room. Now that's some nerve. They actually prescribed me a spa "treatment" after one of my visits. I am not even sure that is legal. If you are a pill popper this is the clinic for you. They hand scripts like candy. I am not continuing my relationship with this clinic. The owners/management (Mary Campbell-Fox, D.O) have lost it!
