I just want to give everyone in the Calgary area and Langdon area, a warning to be careful dealing with a Re/Max realtor by the name of Kent Bamber. He treated a family member who was attempting to rent property from him, in a very dishonest way, and got away with it. We are concerned that this kind of business practice may extend not only from how he manages his rental properties, but to his real estate practice as well.
So, just a heads up warning when dealing with him.

This agent has a criminal past, charged and convicted for physical assaulting GF in 2015.
I doubt any family would knowingly sign a sales contract with this type of individual.
As we are all aware, your Daughter signed a one-year lease agreement on one of our rental properties, only to back out a mere days before the commencement date. As was the law in Alberta at the time (and ruled upon by Tenancy Dispute Resolution Services), in breaching the aforementioned signed lease, your Daughter forfeited her damage deposit thereon. Absolutely nothing dishonest transpired on our behalf - quite conversely, it's the law.
