David is the owner of the company, he tells you there is a charge of $898.26 for photos and voiceover demo and that they will list you on castingworkbook and create a profile. When you ask about castings they tell you you have to set up your own account and the fees wont cover this. They changed their company name from CA Model & Talent Management to CA7 Creative Inc and moved offices and claim they now have a waitlist for refunds and the only option is to wait this is after 8 months of waiting. They are not ACTRA or legitimate and most agencies do not require an upfront fee or let you get photos elsewhere.

It seems that all of the complaints I'm seeing after searching the "agency" were submitted in mid 2014 and later, which is probably when they started scouting people. Sometime in the late summer a short Asian man approached me at the Eaton Centre and said a whole bunch of wonderful things about my appearance and told me I'd do great in print ads and on TV. I was flattered and after searching the internet for reviews/complaints and finding nothing I later decided to go in for an interview. I was greeted by a loud, stocky overweight Caucasian woman who quickly started to butter me up from the moment she saw me. I decided to search this place up again because I've just watched an episode of that 70s show where Jackie gets called in to a shady "agency" where the lady tells her she's beautiful and has what it takes and just needs a few hundred for headshots, etc. etc. I had to wonder if the staff had seen that episode, it was exactly my experience! Down to the build and personality of the agent! Luckily I didn't agree to pay their "special price, just for me" of $850...they called me every few days for over a month and I finally told them to stop calling as I wasn't interested. This place is absolutely a scam. You should be able to bring your own headshots. Agents don't take (that kind of) money from you up front. STAY AWAY!

I paid $998, its been a year and no auditions whatsoever. Doesnt answer phone calls, or emails. don't even consider going by for an interview.
