J'ai fait une commande d'essai du Keto fat burner, je me retrouve avec une facture de 235, 71€ pour 3 boites et un abonnement que je n'ai pas demandé. Je me rétracte le lendemain de la commande, aucune réponse, puis quinze jours après, on me propose de me rembourser la moitié de ma commande et de garder les produits que je n'avais pas reçus ! Je les reçois aujourd'hui mais n'en veut pas. J'ai largement respecté le délai de rétractation et exige un remboursement immédiat. C'est de la vente forcée puisque j'ai demandé l'annulation de la commande avant même qu'elle soit prête ! Je considère que ce site est frauduleux et suis confortée par tous les avis que j'ai pu recueillir .

I live in South Africa and I ordered four bottles of Testosterone Ultra in December 2018 with e petted arrival date in January 2019. I waited and also send several enquirers but to no avail. I requested a refund instead they wanted me to place another order which I refused. Now I see they are promoting Ultra Max Enhancer. This is scary as I don't trust them anymore

BioTrim Labs / SlimLivingClub.com Testoultra testosterone enhancer pills

I ordered Testoultra Testosterone pills 1 bottle which is supposed to be shipping free and only costed 1450 indian rupees which is shown here https://ultramaxtestoenhancer.com/#/in/checkout but then i got cut from amount of 10005 INR from my credit card which is almost extremely fraudulent amount money from what you've advertised & I request this order to be cancelled immediately as my funds are cheated from for what I've given price for the product for.

Since I only placed the order now at this very moment It hasn't got through the shipment protocols of it please kindly offer me a refund as it's so unfair that i can't believe my eyes the amount of money i paid for your falsely advertised product.

This is regarding the order cancellation in the name of paras dutt by mistakenly order has been placed dated - 3rd june, 2020 and paid rs. 10005. Kindly request you cancel the order of rs. 10005 and please send the money back into the credit card. As per reviews on the google about the company is not satisfactory. They do fraud from recent past years. I have chat conversation with the team and same the girl is all the time. Kindly help me out for with fraud and send my money back in the same card. In future they are using my credit card with on the back side cvv pin.
There is no option to cancel the order and subscription.

I bought one 60 pills package, got immediatly charged on my C/C a higher amount than the one offered, and the shipment never arrived.
Got a tracking number to be followed at the WEBsite www.worldwideparceldelivery.com, and the tracking information ends at the step 4: delivered to local post office, no more information available.
This company Biotrimlabs offers products, charges for it, and simply does not ship them.
A real fraud.
Never buy any product from Biotrim Labs, you will never receive anything for your money.

I ordered 2 bottles of TestoUltra January 2018. After a few months I received no product I sent an email to support, delivery and billing@biotrimlabs.com.
They provide a tracking number which I took to the post office. The post office was not able to assist me as the tracking number provided they could not track. I sent another email and they assured me they would send my order again. A few months later still nothing. I finally gave up on my product and requested a refund. After a number of emails back and forth and was informed to go make my request on the online chat.
I got the usual apologies over and over. They said they would send me my tracking details via email so I could go check again with the post office as per their records the product had been delivered to my post office. I am still waiting for an email of the tracking details. Today I went to the online chat again. They said they would despatch my product again, I informed them that it was pointless as I am relocating next month. I was then informed that I could not have a refund as the transaction of over a year old. I ask for contact details for someone more senior that might be able to assist me and was informed that I would get the same response, and they dont provide you with other contact details. After a lengthy and very frustrating onlinw chat my chat was cancelled by with operator with:
"Thats to the extent of my capability on helping you. Thank you for chatting with us today. Have a nice day ahead. Bye"

I am disgusted that there are businesses still out there scamming people out of their money.
And there is nothing that is done about it.

This is a fraud company. They have shown 1499 but taken 10005/- from me also. If any one has a power to give lesson pls give this [censored] at least one lesson. They have given a indian number and address pls see if any thing there. we should try to do something for this. Where is this company presents pls search. Immediately I contacted them they said they will cancel my order and full refund. After one day these mother [censored]er are telling no its not possible. And very limited to reply.

I am from Baroda, india ordered for testo ultra medicine for Rs.1450/only on 5th Jan.2019 but after completion of order i received message of debeting rs 10005/. This is a clear case of fraud. I want to cancell my order and refund of amount debited from my account Rs.10005/- at the earliest as it is difficult for me to bear the loss. Please arrange for immediate refund.

I paid full price for this product around a year ago and have just been informed by my bank that you have been taking $13-14 out of my account each month! I am so angry as I am a single mother. I am demanding your company reimburse all of these funds to me by cheque as I do not trust your company so will not give you my bank card details ever again. Please call me on [protected]. My name is Fattah Shahin, from Switzerland
My credit card has been charged since July 2018, every month for 11.80 CHF ( 9.95 Euro).
I would appreiciate to cancel it and return my money back. ( My Credit Card Nr. you obviousely have).
I have never signed a document or an agreement, and have never bought or recieved products from you.

I have been charged for items that I did not order 3x in one month. They have debited my credit card for $500 aud without my consent.
Nobody answers my calls or responds to chat online. Obviously they only have these chats programmed to take orders as the so called rep ignored my messages because I mentioned the word "complaint". We would like our money back! And this must be stopped as there are many reports with the same complaint

BioTrim Labs / SlimLivingClub.com order for eyelash & eyebrow growth product not supplied

I placed an order for the Eyelash and Eyebrow grouth product from Nuviate in late August 2018, was charged R1495.00 through my Standatd Bank credit card.
I received an e-mail to inform me that there had been a problem with the system and that I should contact them to confirm the order, wich I immediately did.
Since then I have sent numerous e-amails without any success. Every time I will receive a reply informing me that I should contact someone else or lodge a complaint.
Needless to say without any resolution.
If this is an honarable organisation, I would expext either the product that I have ordered or the immediate refund of the money I have paid.

I am from India and I am unable to contact the India customer service number. When I was placing the order on their website, the price mentioned there as 1450 INR for one month consignment, however, after placing the order, I have been charged 10005 INR for 6 month consignment with VIP membership through my debitcard online payment on 28th august 2018.
But, after two days (on 30th august 2018), I have got the reply from them (email ID.. [protected]@biotrimlabs.com) that they have processed the shipping and my shipping no. Is ASL20180828IN2108311
This is totally not acceptable. If I would have known that it is like this, I would have never ordered. Please address my concern immediately.
Can you help me to cancel the order.

I placed an order with Biotrim Labs in 02 June 2018. I thought i was ordering one product in fact i was ordering 6 bottles. I sent them an email within minutes of realising my mistake to cancel the order and was told I was too late. So now I wait for the product that never comes. They have taken the money (R 2035.) and each follow up email I am told go to the post office. The tracking number they give me is not a valid tracking number and there is nothing at the Post Office. I strongly recommend to anyone who thinks of buying from this company to seriously think again.They are fraudsters.

My order was placed on the 22nd July 2018. From that date up to today i did not receiced my order, neither did i received my refund. This people think thy are untachable but in the meantime they are plain [censored]in crooks. Just out there to steal from the public.
To talk to them is like talking to a robot. So please anybody consider putting in a order with BioTrim, first read there reviews. Otherwise you will only be part of scam. I lost
R2035-00 in this ordeal, plus about 20 phone calls and 20 emails. I suggest they change their name to NEXT WEEK, because that is all you are going to hear.

BioTrim Labs / SlimLivingClub.com overcharge/non delivery/poor service

On 01/07/2018 I purchased 1 bottle of testoultra for r295 zar from biotrim labs website, they deducted r2100zar for 6 bottles within minutes from my bank account.I then investigated this and discovered I was actually charged for 6 bottles which the ad clearly does not show[apparently this is called clever advertising/marketing in the industry]but in reality its just theft accepted by the authorities. After 2 emails and 6 weeks waiting i then send a thretening 3rd email after 8 weeks and got a automated response telling me not to respond to this email[the email i got from them had no answers relating to my query or the status of my delivery.Then after 9 week[ still no delivery] r149zar was deducted from my bank acc by the same company under the reference name theiqbrainboost.com, I went to the website via the link given on the deduction confermation and got a live chat option and was told by the operator i signed up for the premier membership which cost r149 zar monthly, and i got furious, i actually told my wife that same moment i think this people scammed me, and i was right.I then told them to refund my r149zar as i never join or signed up for any membership, and if they dont refund me i will cancel my initial order of my testoultra by them and also want a refund for that.
They told me that they cannot refund me for premium membership but they will cancel the membership, so i told them to cancel my initial order and refund my money, and im still waiting, im now sure i got scammed.
all i want now is a full refund because i now lost trust in this company so i cannot use their products ever, please help cause i discovered that they've been doing this with hundreds if not thousands of people world wide and becoming millionairs stealing openly from hardworking people trying to better their lives.please help if possible

You have been charging my credit card $13.95 on the 12/07/2018 and also 12/08/2018
I have no idea what these charges are for and I would appreciate if you would refund these charges to my credit card and make sure there are no future deductions
I did make a purchase of some tablets from Bio Trim in June but that was a one of purchase and I was under the impression there were no further charges
I did not agree to any on going charges
Please do this as soon as possible or further action will be taken

Sir I have ordered the testro ultra on the 2nd of May 2017 but until today I have not received my order yet. I have already paid for the product. I have already send my complaint until today it's been over a year ago. Still I don't get a response from the company. I had ordered Testoultra for 6months program and till now I did not receive bill nor Tracking number of product nor any reply of emails.
It's a very big scam which our Indian govt should treat on priority basis since it involves millions of money which can be misused against our country.
Today 16.7.18 receive email, told there is no bill. Email confirmation is the billing confirmation. I had Replied them asking the status of the product. But auto generated email received. Without any package details.
It's irritating for me.

BioTrim Labs / SlimLivingClub.com non delivery of orders paid for

I ordered and paid (eft) Testro Ultra to the amount of R2, 035.50 on 6 April 2018. Over and above the fact that I haven't received my products, I have not had any acknowledgement of payment, courier information or when the paid products should arrive. I note on my bank statement that payment was made to the biocore.com. It is now going for more than two months. I lodged four complaints to their three respective email addresses. Herewith the last ones:

Please find attached herewith your email of confirmation of my purchase.

Neither my nearest Post Office, or any others in my town, have a related parcel for me. They cannot track it as they do not have a South African Post Office tracking number to track it for me.

The fact that you refer to "heard from other customers" does surely not add to you your creditability or efficiency.

My writing to you gave you until the end of May 2018 to give me a satisfactory answer, which has not been the case. It not dawn on me that you are indeed taking people for a scam and if you do not refund me within the next 7 days (12 June 2018) I will do my utmost best and use my resources to ensure that your scheme is known to the world and if possible, bring you to justice. I have an absolute renounce in scammers.
