Biotab Nutrceuticals sells Extenze with a money back guarantee. The only problem with their guarantee is: They ignore it. They just keep changing the credit cards and sending the questionably worthless product. SCAMMING appears to be their game.

I have been using it for almost 6 months now with no effects whatsoever. Why? I read some comments and it was understanding it will take 3 to 6 months to take full effect. Six month late I feel like a total fool. Please DO NOT buy waste your money. It does not work at all. A lawsuit was recently filed and I encourage everyone to be part of it. Let's see who laught the loughest now...

Another dissatisfied customer! Biotab suckered me into trying "free" sample and then immediately charged my account for months supply. I tried sample, which didn't work, and cancled order, returned months supply, unopened, and one month and a dozen phone calls later, I'm still trying to get my money back!

ALL companies selling "sex" on internet who use "DISCRETE" packaging have somewhere in the a agreement a statement that the billing will continue forever unless actively canceled by customer/subscriber, as the product is often embarasing: so:
1 when ordering copy and paste the terms into an e-mail to yourself
2 cancel with the online company within 24 hours of putting the order
3 save a copy of both for your credit card company
4 if in doubt, report the credit card as lost, remembering to update
all vendors with whom you wish to continue ongoing automatic billing as soon as the new card is activated

I agree. This company is a scam. Below is a synopsis of my recent experience.
I have already contacted my credit card company and have filed a dispute of the charges with them. When I placed the order with your company I was told that as long as I call and cancel the order in less than 7 days, you WILL NOT ship me any more of the product. I placed my original order on February 9 or 10. I contacted the main number the following day (Feb 11 at the latest) and talked to an agent called Christy at [protected]. I told Christy that I'm unable to reach the cancellation agent and demanded an immediate cancellation. Christy advised me that she will take my request to a supervisor and it should be cancelled and I should not receive any shipments. This was attempt #1 and in less than 7 days.

On February 13 I sent an e-mail to make sure the order will not be shipped to me and I indicated that I did not want anymore product. This was attempt # 2 and still in less than 7 days.

On a side note, anytime I called the main number at [protected] there is always a fast, courteous response from your customer service representative. However, when dialing the number that is given to cancel an order/shipment there is no live agent to talk to, but instead you get a recording that advises you to e-mail or fax the cancellation. It seems all my efforts to cancel the order failed through your system and now because of your failure, you expect me to accept the charges to my account? Is that fair?

I like your product and I would have ordered more of it, but I just don't feel comfortable with your business practices. The lack of response to my contacting your company to cancel my order was a disappointment. Therefore, I am no longer interested. Quite honestly, I felt I was taken advantage of and my experience with this transaction was dissatisfactory. ONCE AGAIN, I DO NOT WANT ANY FUTURE SHIPMENTS. DO NOT SEND ANYMORE PRODUCT. YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY CHARGES TO ACCOUNT AND MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS WELL AWARE OF THIS.

my boyfriend called to try out these pills and he was told that he would only have to pay .97 cents for a trial. shipping and handling would be free of charge. the next billing statement that i checked from the bank showed that they were taking $49.00. the customer service rep clearly stated that there would just that one time charge because it was only a trial. we just want all of this to go away and our money returned

I didn't bother otrdering for several reasons. First, if you want a sustainable erection because you have ED, then go see a doctor and get a prescription. That way, at least you know you're somewhat safe and the possible side effect. Next, if you want greter length or girth, as other posters have said, you need to be re-born with a proprensity to have a larger organ. I noticed on the web site, that if I did place an order on-line, that I would automatically be enrolled in their monthly plan. However, they never state how much that is on the web site. I called and they said $50 per month (this was after attempting to call several different numbers on their web site. One isn't even for the Extenze, it's for their sleeping aid!).
Third, if you fo the the GNC site, you can get it for a lot less, if you want to take the chance and risk. Read the label!
First, the warnings indicate NOT to take the supplement if you have a family history of prostate cancer, an enlarged prostate, or if you're under 40 years of age. Futher, it also states not to take it if you have heart disease, low "good" cholesterol (LDL), or if you are using any other dietary supplement, prescription drug, or over the counter drug. Eexceeding the recommended daily does may cause serious adverse health effects. Possible side effects include acne, hair loss, hair growth on the face in women, aggressiveness, irritability and increased levels of estrogen. Discontinue use and call a physician immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, blurred vision, or other similar symptoms.
The mixture contains what can be some powerful stuff... including Yohimbine
Bottom line.. if you're having ED symptoms, go see your doctor. If your honey isn't satisfied with your size (length and or girth), she knew what she was getting into when you first started having relations. If that can't be resolved, maybe it's time to consider dumping her and finding someone who can live with your limitations. Maybe she's too stretched out and she needs to do some Kagel exercises.. or maybe you're just not that attracted to her anymore.

I agree, I got a sample of Alteril through their website and saw a 36.90 charge. When I called to cancel all future shipments and ask about the 36.90 charge they told me that the 7 day trial was for some membership. Now please look at website http://www.buyalteril.com/?page=index and show me where they said anything about a membership. It doesn't say it anywhere. It says try a 7 day free trial and just pay 97 cents for the postage.

And get this, before I could decide that I liked the product, they already sent me the new 30 day supply. They mailed it out today. Although I don't know how they could have mailed it out at 8:00 unless they took it to the post office. So I will be returning the product back to them as soon as it gets here.

And I will be interested in a class action lawsuit, especially if they charge me for another 36.90

I'm the daughter of the father who ordered this ###. I opened it and they sent my father TEENS TREAT, when he thought he was getting a free sample. Not knowing that their a fraud company.
Now their trying to charge us 50.00 a month to keep this ### going.

Well me and my mother put a stop to it,
the best solution is to call the number on the back of your credit card and cancel it, if you try to call the company back, they continuessly ignore your call. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

Well i hope they have fun trying to send this ### around now because we are sending the mail that they sent us to the Attourney General! i want to know what he think about this lovey FRAUD that is being sent out through the country!
HAVE FUN!
and look up what you order before your ordering,
you would be surprised at what you see, Cuz i was!

I was charged! it didn't even bother me until the same repeat itself on my bank statement only to find the poisoned drug at my door step! I was shocked bcos i never ordered a second! I guess the third is on its way! And the funniest thing is that i have never swallowed a pill of the trial POISONED tab they called DRUG! If i am been charged again i"ll go there with an AK and wipe the whole ###ers of this planet! I guess they have the tinniest of PEE-PEE in the universe.

I ordered the sleep aid alteril like everyone else for 97 cents. Number one the product is lousy, number two I just received another box I did not ordered for a lovely charge on my credit card for $36.90. I called my credit card company and once again after being on hold for one hour(call center was very busy) they put me though another center..on hold again for 1/2 hour.
I finally told them to close out my account. What a way to start a year. There must be something that can be done with these scammers! I can't get though to the company. The lines are busy and I can't get their e-mail address to go though. To bad the product does not work. After all the frustration I'm going to need something to help me sleep tonight.

They called the #[protected] which I din't even have and told the rep that the membership wanted to be cancelled and no futher payments will be accepted. I called to verify and was told that it was taken care and no futher shipments wil be sent. I also told the rep about all complaints on the web and if any charges are made to my account I will cal the BBB in NJ. Today is 12/4/08 Lets wait and see. This is all due to my husband wishing...What? I like to know.Do not but this crap

I ordered this ### for my boyfriend and got charged $50 bucks! I had to wait until the package arrived, send it back and wait a week for my money to be credited back to my account. By this time two legitimate payments I had made online were sent back for non-sufficient funds... so not only is my bank charging me $25 for each one, but I'm also being charged bounced check fees and late payment fees from the companies I was trying to pay. When contacting Biotab to see who's responsible for the charges I incurred due to their SCAMMING, I was blown off by RUDE, UNCARING, non-humans! (Trying to keep it clean people) They claim to have disclosed all the rules and what-not, that must be the 2 point font that shows for an 1/8 of a second before the commercial goes off! What they're doing should be illegal and they NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN! What to do?

My son ordered the free 7 day trail also. The product came the same day the free trail came. I called the company and told them that their advertisement was a 7 day free trail, well her answer was, you have 7 days to cancel wither you have the product or not. Well I called the bank and disputing the charge and any futher charges will be disputed. The company should learn that they are going to loss allot of business. Yes, we need a class action suit. Anyone for it? send email.

What kind of ### thinks you can artificially enlarge your organ? Your shoe size should have been a clue. Was sex education at your high school taught by the custodian? Did you ever think about what happens in the erection process? To make it any larger, the skin would have to... Oh, brother, why bother? Sheesh.

Okay, so, from what I hear, this product doesn't work and this company is taking people's money.

I've seen infomercials for the Biotab product "Extenze" more often than anything else (eewww, late-night TV) and I will say this; as much as I think you have an argument for it giving you rashes or not working or the fact that there is no way for you to easily cancel your subscription, I hate to say it, but they are not actually stealing from you, at least not if you order from the infomercial.

The problem is that in the fine print at the bottom of the screen, very hard to see, very sneaky and very wrong, is a statement that if you want the magically nearly free one-week sample, you have to sign up for a monthly program that will automatically charge your account. Seeing as how it's apparently the only way you can get the sample, they don't say anything to you about the upcoming charges. Pretty much, if you pay attention you can avoid situations like this.

I'm not really surprised that people get confused because they design the ads that way specifically to trick you. The only really legit claims you can make are that the product doesn't work or that you can't get a refund due to their shady customer service. If you don't believe me, watch the commercial really closely. My friends and I have all caught the tiny white disclaimer.

I highly disagree with this company's practices and suggest that those who are having issues with it should report it the BBB.

Aside from that, good luck.

DO NOT USE! Heard of Biotab through TV advertising, called 800 # for the special of paying ONLY $.97 for trial of Alteril. Received 1st shipment and felt the product was useless. Contacted company within 10 day, well within the required time limit, to cancel any further shipments only to receive a 2nd unrequested shipment the following week. This company charged my card $36.90. Have attempted to contact Biotab Nutriceuticals Inc., via their 800# and email address to obtain refund. No answer via phone plus email is not active.

Just like everyone else it took forever to get the membership cancelled. All the phone #'s provided were BOGUS.The only # that worked was the # that only took new orders, They were even unable to provide a working phone # to cancel. After hundrends of e-mails of complaining someone finally responded-They apologized for all the problems and confirmed they received 2 returned shipments and my credits would be proccessed A.S.A.P 7-10 business days.YEAH RIGHT!Almost 1 yr later and still waiting on the refunds.

I filed a complaint against Biotab Nutraceuticals, Inc with the Better Business Bureau and received a refund for the products I sent back to the company along with my shipping costs. You can file a complaint with the BBB online at: www.bbb.org The only way I could stop Biotab Nutraceuticals, Inc from debiting my account was to close my debit card and request a new one through my bank. This company should be shut down. Maybe if enough people file a complaint with the BBB it might happen.

I am so upset with this company, they charged our bank account twice for this product. I called customer service at866 752 4884 and talked to a supposed supervisor..( Kevin) which of course they give you no last names. I was told that on their records they show that I was only charged 1 time... but I have a bank statement that shows otherwise. I was told to fax in my coppy of proof to [protected] but of course... no one ever recieves the copy. I sat on hold for over 2 hrs today just to get the runaound once more. Is there anything legally that can be done? I had to cancel my bank cards and made a an affidavit of forgery through my bank... what else can I do?

I'm for a class action lawsuit. I too ordered the trial and was advised not to take it because of a medical condition. I returned the trial, and the next two full bottles that were shipped and charged within days.

When I called to inquire about two refunds (76.70) total, was told the package came back "empty" and there would be no refund. No amount of discussing what fool would send back a package with no product would work. Simply requesting to look at the stamp/shipping weight for proof the package did indeed contain the bottle was in vain. They don't keep such things. They claim they never received the second return. Got a supervisor on the phone who was rude when I told him I was going to a higher authority. He said the buck (or in my case, lack of bucks) stopped with him, he makes all the decisions, and hung up.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Anyone have a suggestion on getting their attention?

!VERY IMPORTANT!

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR AUTOMATIC BILLING AND SHIPPING.

PLEASE NOTE: Biotab Nutriceuticals does automatically . CALL THE NUMBER ON THE BACK OF THE CREDIT CARD THAT YOU USED AND TELL THE BANK THAT YOU DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE CHARGE, AND IT IS FRAUD.

Your bank will then reverse the charge and give you your money back. This process is called and charge back. The bank will also charge Biotab Nutriceuticals $15-$45 as a reverse transaction fee.

I placed an order for the free 7 day trial of Alteril for Insomnia. After receiving the product and discovering that it was not safe for me to take, because of a medical condition, I called the very next day to cancel any further orders. I was told that it would be cancelled at once. In reveiwing my account I found that I had been charged $36.90, 26.90, and $36.90 in the span of 3 weeks. And 2 of the charges were taken out of my account before I even received the trial offer. After that they continued to take money out of my account forcing me to close the account. I have called MANY times trying to get this taken care of and if I am lucky I may get to talk to someone in INDIA, who promises to have someone call me the next day, yet I never receive a call. I am presently working with the Ohio Attorney General's Office (since December) and have yet to get this resolved. These people appear to be first class scam artest and we should all consider a class action lawsuit against them. It is either that or kiss your money goodbye! I wish you all the best in getting your money returned! GOOD LUCK!

First... just to let everyone know I am in the medical field and I cringe to see this horrible ad run over and over again on TV late at night.

There is this guy on Ebay selling Playboy Mansion ExtenZe Drink, get that one. First he says he got it at the Mansion some how and says it sells for over $2500.00 to rich people too.

ExtenZe in a blue can.. I see copyright infringement if you ask me. Let's just say it is the real deal, but you know about the product and now the drink, seriously people.

Guys - don't get me wrong, but we're all mature adults who have more or less higher educational degrees attended. How about some common sense first? Such Ads are always suppose to be taken with a grain of salt, and then utilize the all mighty-all knowing internet.

and guess what,

I found out that the same stuff is sold at GNC, for even 10 bucks less than Biotab's internet/phone "store".
see here: http://www.gnc.com/sm-biotab-nutraceuticals-extenze--pi-2890683.html
and we all know that in every bigger city are GNC stores. Even if you're living in the most remotest rural boonies, i trust GNC more w. my C-Card online than a website whose CreditCard entry fields are not even encrypted (your web browser will tell if it is!).

So, before you fall all over a product that suppose to blow away your steaming hot honey - pause for a moment, utilize the all-knowing internet, and THEN proceed w. common sense :)

Cheers and peace-out!
