Biotab Nutrceuticals sells Extenze with a money back guarantee. The only problem with their guarantee is: They ignore it. They just keep changing the credit cards and sending the questionably worthless product. SCAMMING appears to be their game.

This compamy is in fact a RIP OFF organization. They do not follow-up or even answer thier phone unless you call the place an order line. Then you will be on hold endlessly.
SOLUTION THAT I HAD TO USE: CANCEL MY CHECK CARD ISSUED BY MY CREDIT UNION AND SIMPLY GET A NEW ONE WITH A NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER. TO DO THIS I FILED A COMPLANT FOR FRAUDEULENT CHARGES / DISPUTE. THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO STOP BEING CHARGED FOR SOMETHING YOU DID NOT ORDER. MOST ALL BANKING INSTITUTIONS WILL ACEPT THIS METHOD JUST AS REPORTING A LOST, STOLEN OR FAUDELENT CHARGE AND ISSUE A NEW CARD. YOU DO HAVE TO FOLLOW-UP WITH DOCUMENTATION OF YOUR ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEMS WITH THE VENDOR.

My husband also "tried" this product and we are in the process of trying to send it back and nobody will help us. It is going on 3 days now and still we can not get anybody to cancel his order. After reading all the complaints, I fear that they will keep sending us this crap and charging our account, which will seriously mess things up in our account. What can we do to stop them. We were hung up on countless times, told somebody would call us back and they never did, or we were left on hold for hours. Can anybody give us advice as to what to do.
I would like to find out who to contact about the company. I ordered the product and sent a check. The item never arrived but they did cash the check. I was wondering when I called why the phone person kept demanding a credit card etc., from what I read I can see why. Does any one have their phone number so I can at least make one last effort to receive what I paid for?
My husband called to "try" this product...didn't work for him. They keep charging our account even though we've returned all of the items weeks ago, in the time frame, we have yet to see a refund.
Attempts to cancel the "subscription" via email (which is indicated on the invoces) don't work. They've just charged us again. The only way I can think to stop it is to cancel Hubby's card and get a new one reissued.
The porno flicks were an extra surprise that he wasn't expecting either...again...no refund. When I called them, I was told maybe we could use them as...STOCKING STUFFERS!

These guys suck. I've cancelled my order twice and yet they keep charging me $50 per month and shipping me this ###. Their customer service staff are crap and ignore constatnt attempts to cancel my order.
