SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Extremely poor customer service

I have ordered an expensive bike from BikesDirect website and was promised a 3 day delivery. When the delivery date came nothing showed up so I immediately contacted BikesDirect for more details. I was expecting at least some information but these guys simply said that they have no idea when will I get my bike!
I asked them to get some info and contact me back and they said yes but of course that never happened. It's over a month now and I still have no idea what is going on. They refuse to refund my money and ask me to be more patient! Ridiculous!!
