SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / order confirmation

Order confirmation should call not only one time. I was waiting for my order to move for 3 days as i had previous transactions with you where I did not face any issues so I assumed it will be same. This time I was informed the reason why my order didn't move, even after paying online, is because i wasn't able to answer the call to confirm. I felt that your responsibility of trying to call me again to confirm my order is as important as you receiving the payment so maybe you can somehow do something about this in the future so we can avoid this delay. Looking forward to continue my patronizing your products.
