I received a Bumper Cover for my 2005 Toyota Camry damaged but that was okay, I guess as it was kind of close to the under side of the bumper. Auto body fit would not do anything for me because I did not see it until I was installing it on my car.
But what is really bad is that Auto body fit sent me the wrong shade of the right color that I ordered and then tells me its just a paint variance and I will have to live with it. The customer service (Leanne) really sucks at her job. She is not helpful at all. I cannot get any sort of manager or owner to respond. I thought I could dispute it with my Discover card Auto body fit lies and tells them they will take it back but in actuality they will not.
I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM AUTOBODYFIT.COM OR OEMBUMPER.COM OR ANY OTHER AFFILIATION WITH AUTO BODY FIT LLC.
