Coat of Arms Gifts/Family Crest Gifts (www.4crests.com) review: Never shipped product and stopped returning my emails 1

I had done business with this website successfully in the past, so in late August I ordered 2 pocket flasks emgraved with my Irish family crest as Christmas gifts for my brothers. I paid $83.85 via PayPal. On September 18th I received an email from the company thanking me for my order and saying I could check the status of the order at any time by clicking on a link in the email. Clicking on that link lead me to a page that said the order would ship in 24 hours. I never received anything. On October 6th I sent an email inquiring about the status, and Michelle in customer service replied on the 8th saying she would check into it. On October 15th and on October 22nd I sent emails again inquiring about the status of my order, but received no response from the company to either email. I contacted PayPal, but because my order was more than 45 days prior, they could not help me. So I am out the $83.85 and never received the merchandise. Don't do business with this company. There are other family crest stores out there. I reordered engraved flasks from another on line site (the IrishStore.com), and I had them within a week.
