Asos.comArrogant customer service.

I ordered some shoes from Asos. Weeks passed and I received nothing so I contacted their customer service to see what was going on. I was told that my shoes were delivered the wrong address. The person at the wrong address refused to give them back. I told Asos that they made a mistake and it was only their fault. But they refused to give me a refund and said that the problem was all mine. Thanks a lot! So now I have to call the police. Asos, postage service and the person who has my shoes, you all will pay! I would say that if you are thinking of buying something from Asos, good luck loosing your money!
