I started to use my Bank of America online bill pay they keep there address up to date as well as ASC CAN NOT FIGHT B OF A over payments, the bank will not let someone say they did not get a payment when the bank its self sent it and I have not had any more trouble with them as well as I have had late fees reimburse so there is a small but very useful bit of advice no more keeping trake of where to send the payment and no more late fees so long as it is sent in on time!
As for your loan getting sold there is no way you can stop it. It is a commodity to be bought and sold like any stock or gold and silver. Also this should help in the event that your loan is sold the bank will trace the payment down and with this information you should be able to get the new holder to credit your account or get ASC to send it to the new holder because not all loans fall on the same day of the month some payments maybe prorated as to the day the new holder receives owner ship.

this is for PATRICIA ANN BURNETTE NICHOLS we tried to change our intrest rate and lower our house payment and we got papers on may to do just that now we were told that we were apporved for a rate change and payment we were told that it was all done . in may i paid 755.44 dollars and we realy did not have to make this payment then according to the paper work that we recieved in the first of may. the person we talked to said that they would take the extra money and put it on our account and that we would only have to pay the remainder account # [protected] so some body lied to us
you people lied to us we mailed a payment of 755.00 in may and you took a payment of 421.44 and said that you would put the extera money and place it in an account and we would not make apayment until july whitch to be only 58.53 because we got a different intrest rate and a new loan agrenment. if this is your way of stealing money i think it suckes this statment is all wrong they told us that we would not need to send a payment until july 1 we got paper work telling us that you changed this that is not what you have done
