Arabic IPTV — Renewal without my approval
I had a subscription for IP TV service with "Arabic IPTV" company, and I didn't want to renew my account however I had an email that they withdrawn a fee for 3 months (even not one month) from my credit card without my approval. Even the SERVICE IS NOT WORKING at my side.
On Fri, 21 Nov 2014 I sent an email to the billing department "[protected]@arabiciptv.net" asking them to return back my money as I don't want to renew the service.
Also I called them "+[protected], +[protected]" and the sales department replied and told me that it will take up to 15 days for the billing department to reply as they are not based in Canada!
On Tue, 2 Dec 2014, the billing department replied to my email with the below:
"We have new channels update and its ready. Would you like to try our new channels list after we fixed the freezing issues ???
Nothing to lose, just try it and if you don’t like it, we will not renew the service for you.
Just make sure to be at home and available to send you the process how to get the new channels list.
Send email once you are at home.
We are doing our best to keep our service up to date & competitive to any IPTV providers in terms of quality & prices as well."
Then I replied with No I dont want the service and please return back my money .. and since then no one is answering my emails.
