'The Confession' Description
An innocent man is about to be executed. Only a guilty man can save him. For every innocent man sent to prison, there is a guilty one left on the outside. He doesn't understand how the police and prosecutors got the wrong man, and he certainly doesn't care. He just can't believe his good luck. Time passes and he realizes that the mistake will not be corrected: the authorities believe in their case and are determined to get a conviction. He may even watch the trial of the person wrongly accused of his crime. He is relieved when the verdict is guilty. He laughs when the police and prosecutors congratulate themselves. He is content to allow an innocent person to go to prison, to serve hard time, even to be executed. Travis Boyette is such a man. In 1998, in the small East Texas city of Sloan, he abducted, raped, and strangled a popular high school cheerleader. He buried her body so that it would never be found, then watched in amazement as police and prosecutors arrested and convicted Donte Drumm, a local football star, and marched him off to death row. Now nine years have passed. Travis has just been paroled in Kansas for a different crime; Donte is four days away from his execution. Travis suffers from an inoperable brain tumor. For the first time in his miserable life, he decides to do what's right and confess. But how can a guilty man convince lawyers, judges, and politicians that they're about to execute an innocent man?

He buried her body so that it would never be found, then watched in amazement as police and prosecutors arrested and convicted Donte Drumm, a local football star, and marched him off to death row. Now nine years have passed. Travis has just been paroled in Kansas for a different crime; Donte is four days away from his execution. Travis suffers from an inoperable brain tumor. For the first time in his miserable life, he decides to do what's right and confess. But how can a guilty man convince lawyers, judges, and politicians that they're about to execute an innocent man?

Dear Sirs,

I have not asked you a question, I am ready to give you an answer as
humanity will live in just a few years!
With or without you I still will release his inventions in light and
then even a schoolboy knows the basics of arithmetic will know how to
become the richest in the new clean and independent of the idiocy of
the Arabian sheiks the world!
Let the Arabs drink their oil and forget that it can sell, let him
return to the desert and feed the camels!

Contacting!

Greenhouse gases are accumulating more and more. You will spend
billions and still not a fact that can find the correct technical
solutions to problems in energy and transport to transfer it to the
alternative, does not pollute the atmosphere and the earth, renewable
energy sources such as water and sea salt. I found a technical
solution to a series of engines on the water and energy of wind and
river-generating plants. Their introduction in industry, energy and
transport will cost several million dollars, and the effect of the
introduction is impossible to estimate!

Do not listen to the seniors - to step on the rake again and again!
Learn from their mistakes only fools. Britain will only become great
again, when will the world class in power, moving to renewable,
environmentally perfect and beneficial in terms of performance energy
sources such as water, sea salt. No problems with funding, there is a
problem in the safeguards that my machine will work for peace, and not
become a terrible weapon in the hands of idiots! I look forward to
your wisdom and love for the Brits, and indiscriminately on skin color
and prosperity! I hope you and promise to make Britain the greatest of
world powers, and all for a year!
Your engineers can invent a car on alternative energy sources and
spend billions on development and not find simple and quick payback
solutions. I have all had long worked and you just need to innovate in
production. For the engine on the water requires only water and sea
salt, and in very small quantities. To install the required wind,
hydroelectric power for only the elevation and river flow. No dams are
not needed, and electricity such facility will provide more than the
currently available analogs.

Very nice and a lot of politicians are talking about ecology, about
oil dependence, the health of the nation. As a result, dirtied the
Atlantic Ocean and the great American river! Perhaps the nation's
health will suffer? Hard to criticize financiers for their
manipulation on the stock exchanges, instead, the policy is nothing
standing offer cannot. So I decided to contact you with a proposal to
earn billions, to restore the image of honest and caring people, clean
environment and to save America and Europe from its dependence on
insane politicians and totalitarian regimes, in which Americans must
buy hydrocarbons and thus finance them!
And my advice is purely engineering, thoughtful and coated solution.
It is a simple and effective innovation consists of the following
components:
- The engine that runs on water, with no emissions.
- Jet engine that runs on water in any liquid or gaseous medium.
- Wind Sailing plant that develops power hundreds of times higher than
currently available analogs of the screw.
- River, high performance sailing installation does not require the
construction of dams or any special hydraulic structures.
There is also an invention, but they are smaller and not so enticing
in the production, which I am prepared to share with you. For example,
innovative new type of electric generator, cheaper and easier to
manufacture than currently available analogs.
Now explain to you what exactly is the reason my finance innovation.

The engine on water, mounted on the vehicle combined with a powerful
generator, the machine will move the electric motors on the wheels, it
will not only carry the car owner, but still give him the opportunity
to sell produces electricity in a parking mode of operation! Due to
this, the owner of such a machine is easy to extinguish a loan by
selling the current, even if he is jobless! Every American or
European, there is an opportunity, buying a car, gets a little extra
source of income and to credit institutions 100% confidence in the
return of a car loan? In addition, the car owner himself no longer pay
for the energy consumed in the home and can use the generated
electricity for its electric own business. It is already high demand
for such vehicles, safely met through you gentlemen! You will always
be in positive territory, as an abundance of electricity in the market
will never lead to a crisis of overproduction. Any surplus energy will
be used for the splitting of the sea water into hydrogen, which will
be the main source of heat and oxygen, which can be transported in
large cities and produce to improve air quality! You earn wide respect
and love, which is expressed to you in trillions of income, people
will vote for your own purses, which you do and help them to fill!
Well, how solid?
Your investment in big business, as the construction of power plants
with my engine, wind or river big energy projects, will generate even
greater profits, as the payback period of months, not decades as it is
now, due to simplicity of design and highest performance. Airplanes
with jet engines, working on fresh water, will fly at all without
additional refueling years, adding to the atmospheric water tanks. In
my innovation is and the second mission, they will be highly sought in
the defense agencies, to create a sophisticated and highly effective
weapons, for example, would allow courts to develop an underwater air
speed under the water and be invulnerable to enemy torpedoes.
The Government of America and Great Britain is acting strange, like
agree they need it, but time is running out and "excited, and now
there! So I appeal to those who earn more than anyone else in my
innovation! Or are you more money is not it? I hope not!
The offer to cooperate, it is mutually beneficial deal that will
bring all the participants only respect and confidence in the future!

I have invented a two-stroke engines without an exhaust (due
to recycling of water), water consumption and fuel hundreds of times
smaller than current steam turbines for a power unit, stronger at
times than the internal combustion engine, able to rotate a generator
for electrical current for months without refueling, with an
efficiency of not less than 90% and it does not create noise at the
expense of their full integrity

They can be created by any given power and developed speed, they are
not combustion, there is no miraculous transformation of water into
hydrogen as a fuel for combustion, all the processes occurring within
the known, safe, water reserve tank does not freeze in the winter (due
to the participation in the reserve tank vapor condensation for the
working supply engine), because the engine is ecologically perfect.
Heating water compressor that produces a given pressure in the
cylinders 500 and higher atmospheres produced salt thermal generator
that was invented recently by Italian engineers, food salt or sea salt
and one-time heating of an electric current running from one filling
14t hours. The discovery already has a patent.

When docking a powerful engine with an electric generator and
installing it for example in a car, it becomes not only
environmentally perfect, but it can be used as a current generator in
the home, your own business and to generate additional income, so that
it becomes self-sustaining. Due to its high power and low cost of fuel
and heating element, such installation will pay off within months. .
Alternative, simple, reliable and environmentally sound technology in
general deserves attention, if they are several times more profitable
in the design, construction and operation.
For a small upgrade, the engine will be a powerful pump, or
compressor, and will create a strong vacuum on the suction inlet and a
lot of pressure at the outlet, the tightness of the power unit, and an
efficient jet engine that runs both in water and in the atmosphere.

Warning:
The motor is not afraid of dust emissions from volcanoes, flying birds
and acid rain, hail in the air and fish with debris in the water!

This means that not only can it replace the atomic power units on the
surface and submarine fleet, and jet environmentally dirty in
aviation, they are much cheaper and more efficient and out of
competition. In space, can work fine version of the engine described
earlier, creating an abundance of electricity and heat through an
efficient and leak-proof design. Any source of water such as found on
Mars, the ice can be a source of gas stations engine and generate
electricity by hydrogen and oxygen for the needs of the crew and
refuel jet hydrogen engines, propelling the spacecraft into space
discharged.
I will not deal with the hassle of patenting my inventions, I will
create drawings and design of production models, but the trick and the
main principle of the entire line of engines, or how many people ask
me - yes or prototype? Yes, he has long existed, you have used them,
so that the tricks in order to prove the correctness of my approach to
the super Motors with the prototype I can show you in any hardware
store of America! So everything is simple and well known.

In addition to the salt of the thermal generator, all the technology
incorporated by me into their inventions, it's old, long-tested and
brought to the standard for hundreds of years, I just see the things
that have not been seen by hundreds of engineers and scientists, and
such is the intrigue of life!

Create a prototype of any engine of my design, with current computer
capabilities of design within weeks, I say and you know it, to develop
a production engine does not need serious investment, and demand for
such products as a simple average American, who dreamed of iron cow,
which rolls, and gives milk "and the military, who have a safe, quiet
engine, leaving no trace of the heat and moving underwater at speeds
of flying a passenger jet therefore not vulnerable to the current
slow-speed torpedoes will cause salivation, and a desperate desire .
My oldest son has been living in Los Angeles for 10 years; he recently
legalized, and now has become an American citizen, so this is the
answer to your question of why I offer my design to America
Now the essence of my proposal, and what kind of cooperation, I
propose: You find an investor or invest yourselves, construct, patent,
guarding the secret designs, doing an advertising campaign and become
the owner of that super technology.

This royalty and profit share from the sale of patent rights to third
parties and states will guarantee you. I documented in the form of a
contract, certified and insured, and nothing more, all profits from
sales of the product are yours! So you get the idea and sustained over
the years the design range of engines on the water in the lease, gift,
but under the above guarantees, very generous on my part and promising
enormous benefits and breakthrough change in quality of life and
well-being and security of all Americans, including My son!

Great generator!

What is the problem of getting more power from conventional power
generator, used in its construction principle of the intersection of
copper outside magnetic fields? The problem is that the generator
rotor can not be unlimited bulky and heavy, it creates a friction of
the rotor in the stator, which force the steam turbine or water flow
can not overcome, and the current generator simply will not rotate.
And if I tell you and show you an example as a finger of one hand can
crank out multi-ton rotor hydropower it slightly, to upgrade? If I
show you how to make your country supplier of electricity for America
and Europe for several thousand dollars? How much do you earn on such
technology?
But I will tell you more, I will explain to your engineers,
designers how to get to the generator rotor simple fold more tension
without increasing its weight, ie I will tell you how to swing 100% of
current unit attached to generator mechanical power flow of water,
steam or wind!
Nobody in the world, and I've been watching all the innovation that
can not think, as I am. All of the incredible and amazing to me as an
appetizer, a main dish - the engine on the water I'm selling to
humanity as expensive as it is not necessary either your company or
your country, nor the whole of Europe and America! I am selling it as
a ticket to a future without the mud, stench, poverty and war!
If you are afraid of the prospect of eliminating the use of petroleum
products in transport in general, you can ruin my engine and improve
the performance of gasoline or diesel engines.

I'm writing a proposal for cooperation of the largest companies and
the leaders of the richest states - I'm not going to waste time on the
patenting and maintaining the rights to their inventions, so take a
partner company, for which it is generally not a problem. Patents,
keep secret, reproduce, get over profit and prosper, not forgetting to
allocate 1% of net profit cunning engineer Southerner for his ideas,
even after you start earning on my own innovation!

UDVS.

Offer you a power of internal combustion engine that runs on water.
Using the heat of the engine, power develops power fold higher than
the engine itself. If inside the piston chamber of internal combustion
engine the pressure in the explosion of a combustible mixture is from
90 to 120 atmospheres, then the amplifier in the water pressure in the
compressor range from 100 to 1000 atmospheres. Accordingly, the
pressure on the pistons and the power fold higher. In fact, the
efficiency of the entire energy system of the vehicle rises to 99%,
factors that car builders struggling, engine overheating and increased
fuel consumption become irrelevant. Power internal combustion engine
or UDVS is very simple in design and therefore cheaper to manufacture.
It does not use materials from non-ferrous metals. In environmental
terms the whole unit becomes a multiple of cleaner UDVS have no
exhaust, and fuel consumption per hundred kilometers will be lower in
five - ten times. Engine cooling system becomes a system of
pre-heating water, and increased in volume radiator at the same time
help UDVS to turnaround its supply of water.
For such a power plant is one significant disadvantage, UDVS has its
own cylindrical shaft, and it rotates with a constant number of
revolutions. Though the driveshaft conventional piston engine rotates
easily change the number of revolutions. But if each shaft to provide
a separate electric generator and their electrical rotating motors
driving the car, the lack is eliminated, the power increase, fuel
consumption decreases, and the ecology of the installation multiply
better.
Here's the gist of my proposal. Power an internal combustion engine
does not contain the design of technology is no longer used in
industry for decades, can be assembled in the usual MB per week.

Now perhaps you begin to guess why people like me do not want to hear,
though willing to invest in my car a lot and are willing to help me
even designers from Mazeratti!
You guys hostage greed of their bosses and oil purchased their
policies, so breathe deep fervor and are being treated!

Very much and say the world is beautiful and the Russian
politicians about ecology, about Oil dependency, the nation's
health. As a result, polluted Atlantic Ocean, be sure to have dirtied
Arctic and Lake Baikal. Probably the nation's health will suffer?
Soundly criticized Russian politicians and tycoons for their fraud on
the stock exchanges, instead, is nothing standing policy can not
offer. They are so stupid and so ineptly managed economies, except for
trade in oil products and gas, essentially, robbery, nothing else to
do just do not know how. So I decided to contact you with this
manifesto-treatment to rid the world from dependence on totalitarian
regimes in which bureaucrats have to buy hydrocarbons and thus finance
their folly!
And my advice is purely engineering, thoughtful and a calculated
decision. It is a simple and effective innovation consists of the
following components:
- The engine that runs on water, with no emissions.
- Jet engine that runs on water in any liquid or gaseous medium.
- Wind Sailing installation, develops power hundreds of times higher
than currently available analogs of the screw.
- River, sailing high-performance installation that does not require
the construction of dams or any special hydraulic structures.

Read carefully!

The engine on water, mounted on the vehicle combined with a
powerful electric generator, the machine will move with the help of
electric motors on the wheels, it will not only carry car owner, but
still give him the opportunity to sell the generated electricity in
the parking mode of operation! Due to this, the owner of this machine
is easy to extinguish a loan by selling the current, even if he is
unemployed! Each Americans or Europeans an opportunity, buying a car,
get a little extra income source, and to credit institutions 100%
confidence in the return of a car loan! In addition, he stops the car
owner to pay for the consumed electricity in the home and can use
electricity produced by its electric vehicles for their own business.
This is the excessive demand for such vehicles, safely satisfied with
you gentlemen! You will always be in positive territory, as an
abundance of electricity in the market will never lead to a crisis of
overproduction. Any surplus energy will be used for the splitting of
the sea water into hydrogen, which will be the main source of heat and
oxygen, which can be transported in large metropolitan areas and

love that is expressed to you in the trillions of income, people will
vote with their wallets for you that you do and help them fill! Well,

'The Official Highway Code' Description
This book is an essential reading for all road-users in England, Scotland and Wales. This current edition of the only official Highway Code contains the very latest rules of the road. Many of these rules are legal requirements and must be adhered to, in order to avoid penalty - fines, penalty points, disqualification or even prison.

The latest rules include a reference to the legislation that creates the offence. "The Official Highway Code" reflects the most up-to-date legislation that road-users must adhere to, advice on road safety and best practice. "The Official Highway Code" is meant for life and not just for learners.

For over 75 years, "The Highway Code" has been the official guide to using the roads safely and legally. It has contributed enormously to road safety and reliable road transport. However, every day, on average around seven people are killed and around 70 are seriously injured in road collisions.

So it is as important as ever that all road users, including drivers, motorcyclists, cyclists, horse riders and pedestrians, should update their knowledge of The Highway Code.

It includes key features such as: latest rules - revised in 2007; a section on rules for users of powered wheelchairs and powered scooters; a Safety Code for New Drivers, giving advice to help newly qualified drivers get through the first twelve months after passing the driving test, when they are most vulnerable, as safely as possible; latest legislation that has been introduced on subjects such as vehicle emissions and smoking in vehicles that are workplaces; and information about stopping/directing powers that have been given to VOSA officers and Highways Agency Traffic Officers.

It also includes: information about the latest road initiatives of which people might not be aware (High occupancy vehicle lanes, Home Zones and Quiet Lanes, Active Traffic Management Schemes); emphasis on courtesy, attitude, awareness, and consideration of other road users, particularly those more vulnerable; and information for all road users on how they should act or react in a variety of situations.

Much of the advice in "The Highway Code" has changed and evolved over time by necessity. The basic advice in a "Highway Code" of 30 years ago may not be applicable today, given increased traffic volumes; larger, faster vehicles; more complex road layouts; updated/new road signage and markings; and many other factors.

All road users have a responsibility to ensure their knowledge is updated, in order to adjust their awareness and actions appropriately, for the benefit of others and for their own safety. As it says in the introduction to the Code - 'Cutting the number of deaths and injuries that occur on our roads every day is a responsibility we all share'.
