Our rental home was managed by Amy Stojanovski. During that time we had invoices deducted from our rental income for work that was not performed. On top of that when the tenants moved out the date told to use was two weeks after they actually moved out, what happened to our two weeks rent the tenants actually paid to?
Amy denies all this but we actually live a few streets away and know the neighbours quite well as that house use to our home before we rented it out.

Our rental house was managed by Amy Stojanovski. During that time we had invoices paid from our rental income for work that was never performed. We also had a tenant leave and the date for the property to become vacant we found out was actually two weeks after the date we were informed. The tenants paid up to the final day before returning the keys, what happened to this two weeks rent?
Amy denied the tenants were actually there another two weeks but we only live a few streets from our rental property and know the neighbours quite well as that house was our home before we rented it out.
All in all a very dodgy experience dealing with her!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
