Ben is the owner of this salon . I called on Monday to arrange appointment with Jessica . Since he pick the phone he say they have enough customer to satisfied and practically he hand up on me . I called him back some woman pick up the phone . I express my concern about rude customer service . I wont recommended this place to my friends for sure . He act like he was brain surgery doctor ... Relax Ben you are hairdresser. LOL
Hello I've been using crew for years in totton Bedford place and east Street yesterday I went to east Street for a hair cut as I do once a month a ladie for the second time has messed my hair right up I work with the public and my hair looks a mess one side is cut to the top of my head I'm fuming never ever had a problem with your hairdressers they have allways made me happy when I've left the shop but this time it's a joke I'm now stuck with it till it grows back I'm not happy at all
I think the fact that this complainant can't spell, tell you this complaint is not legitimate. The Hair Crew has been in Woodbridge for years, their clientele is solid as is their crew. I think placing a complaint on the internet shows one of two things - a) an immature complainant and b) someone trying to sabotage a business. Would love to know who this complainant is so that I could tell them how the law works - defamation, libel and slander...more serious then you not being happy with their customer service. That's opinion, not fact.
