Americas Moneyline Inc. or Saxon Mortgage review: Not sure about mortgage of satisfaction 1

My 28 year old son passed away so I decided to move to senior citizen housing and moved June 2014, I am trying to do a deed in lieu, on my property at 948 Livingston Ave., Schenectady, N.Y. 12309., and Ocwen said they may not be able to do it because Americas Moneyline Inc., which I do not think is in business anymore and said they did not have a mortgage of satisfaction for First Franklin Financial bank, The bank First Franklin Financial Corp. bank, then Saxon Mortgage Co, and then Americas Money Line took over Saxon and then Ocwen said they did not take over the loan from Americas Money line but are servicing the loan. I was going to try and sell it but I do not know what to do.Saxon also went out of business. Any help would be appreciated.
