Hello everyone, I am writing this as an obligated consumer in our free market economy to warn all others, so that they do not make the same MISTAKE as i have made in the past. I decided to choose affordable iron doors as the company where i would purchase my iron door. Gary Duncan, the lying, ### owner, tempted me with his guarantees, and his extremely low prices. I was promised an iron door within 8 weeks, i am on a tight schedule as all construction is so the framing is up and there is no door, only a gaping hole, with plywood! I gave Gary Duncan a 50% deposit, in good faith, however i have not heard from him for about three weeks now, and my door is overdue, I only once received what seemed to be an automated e-mail response, saying that he is sorry and is doing all that he can in order to keep me happy. But he is lying i am not happy nor am i satisfied i am going to lose my deposit and whats worse is that i have lost all this time dealing with that liar... Be forewarned Gary is a liar and affordable iron doors is a scam, he only takes your deposit and you are left with only unanswered questions. I want to seriously warn everyone who thinks it is a good idea to be a customer at affordable iron doors. His website is full of lies, and i should have been smarter but i wasn't. It goes to show you that when you want to save you end up paying more than you had intended to in the first place, especially with scam companies like affordable iron doors.
I too bought a door from Affordable Iron Doors and waited a really long time to get it. However, after Gary explained their company had been a victim of theft from a previous manufacturer in China and being that we were referred to him by our builder… we trusted the information in their weekly update report. Once we did finally get the door, Gary gave us a nice discount for the inconvenience + the new product was even nicer than the samples in the showroom! Long story short...I would definitely buy another door or refer a family member to Affordable Iron Doors.

Unfortunately that manufacturer resolved they were tired of dealing with the pressures felt by a more established local dealer that had lost allot of sales to our young company.
First the two conspired to destroy the credibility and reputation of Affordable Iron Doors in the most vicious manner imaginable. Next we had been notified by the manufacturer of a massive flood that had demolished their facility sending multiple workers to the hospital which resulted in additional delays leaving some clients to begin questioning the legitimacy of the situation. This however was later proven to be false based on the inability of the manufacturer to provide evidence and later by their own admission. The final blow was the last container of doors we ordered never arrived whatsoever and even worse they had been paid in full!
Affordable Iron Doors took immediate action to update each client as well as offer a reasonable discount on every order. Then we focused on correcting this set back with a giant leap forward introducing an entirely new line of heavy duty 12 gauge iron doors made from a distinguished overseas manufacturers that has now custom built each door we sell to pass coastal hurricane tests...making it one of the finest doors available in the world!
We sincerely apologize to all of our many clients who were affected by the dishonesty of the previous manufacturer. Affordable Iron Doors can positively assure you this was an isolated incident that has since been resolved and put into the past. A special thank you to those great clients who stood by our side, never forgetting that it's not what happens to us in life, but how we handle it.
