Hello! I bought case from Aerolite Luggage a month ago. Two weeks ago I was going on holiday and the handle broke even before we came out of the house. I came to their store but they told that it is manufacturer reject. They offered me no help.

I bought a piece of Aerolite luggage in February 2018 with a built in luggage scale in the handle. The luggage scale worked only on my first trip a week after I purchased it and has not worked since. A couple of weeks ago I used the luggage again on a trip to Europe and 2 of the front 360 degree wheels were broken before I was ready to return. Cheap assembly! and not because of any rough handling either by the airport staff or myself. This luggage has a 10 year warranty but I have no idea how to contact the manufacturer to see if it will be honoured. I am going to try to recoup my costs thru the store I purchased the luggage at but am not holding my breath in thinking that they will issue me a refund. I think this company should not be in the luggage business as their products are garbage!
The Aerolite warranty is a scam. The wheel on our suitcase broke after the first trip. They won't ship just the wheel, which is part of the scam. They will ship a new suitcase from the UK to the US, which is more $ than the suitcase costs. Of course the customer has to pay for the shipping. This is basically disposable luggage.

I bought a bag and leaving out the door for vacation the zipper broke. All I received was the run around on this so call 10 year warranty. Very cheap, Customer service not helpful will never buy again. Donating it to women's shelter.

I puchased an Aerolite suitcase 4 years ago and used it only 3 times for 1 week in that time, the stitching came undone down one side of the suitcase, no airport damage just bad manufacture. The case had a 10 year guarantee, I contacted USB International luggage manufacturers sent 2 emails and made 3 phone calls to date not even the courtesy of a reply, disgusting customer services. I contacted trading standard and was told to take it back where I purchased it from. The shop in question have been extremely helpful although not their policy to replace after 12 months they did actually refund the price of the suitcase. I would tell anyone do not deal with USB intl. and be very wary of their products, they were extremely unhelpful.

I got a great deal on a large Aerolite bag which survived an overseas trip to France and 3 weeks of rough handling as we made our way through Normandy. However, on a recent trip to Florida, I picked up the bag (which only had 27 pounds of luggage in it) and the seams of the bag ripped, so it is now useless. I still say I got my money's worth for the one trip, but am not sure this company should be in the business of making travel bags if they fall apart so quickly and easily.

I recently bought an Aerolite bag while traveling. It did not even survive one trip before it started falling apart. It only survived 3 trips because I wrapped it together with gorilla tape. Terrible bag.
