I paid $1, 945.04 for electric cozy trike on line that was sent improperly assembled: fork & bracket to front basket installed backwards, brake cables unattached so that hand brakes didn't work, brake cables too short & allowed no slack for fork to be turned front without disassembling, received bogus warranty with product. Warranty was for Viatek products as informed by customer service rep (Laura Emerson [protected]). She returned my call saying their company didn't cover electric trikes of any kind and they had never heard of Monica LLC.

I've sent several emails to Monica LLC & the BBB in Connecticut from 3/5/14 thru now, first requesting an exchange, but now a full refund including the $70 I paid Primo's Bike Shop for pickup and re-doing the improperly assembled trike totalling $2, 015.04. I'm being given the run around. After riding the trike home from the bike shop on 6/16/14, I took the trike out (with a fully charged battery) to do my vending on 6/22th & it cut off leaving me with no power.

I'm newly retired & bought the trike as an investment to do my vending so that I can make ends meet . I need Monica LLC to pick up their trike at their expense and refund the $2, 015.04 they owe me. I'm loosing time & money by not having a vehicle to go about my business of vending. I hope you can assist me in this urgent matter.

Thank you, Adunni McPherson
