Adnaz Hotel review: hotel room, room selection 2

Absolutely horrible. I reserved a room on hotels.com for a king size bed and when we checked in, we had to wait over 10 mins till someone came to the reservation desk. We checked in and he said he upgraded our room to a view suite, once we got into our room, it was 2 double beds. I called back down to the reception and after getting bounces around for a few mins, the CS rep says that rooms are not guaranteed and the room I booked was no longer available.
I reserved this hotel on recommendations of others, butbi would never recommend nor stay at this hotel ever again.
