Please can you advise how I can lodge a complaint to have my money refunded to me. I was willing to pay for shipping for a free trial of a product and then never received it. Now I have had R3000 taken from my account which was completely unauthorised and I still have no product.

I am no longer interested in the product and want my refund back.

I was charged R1361. 42 for a product I do no have any recollection ordering and neither have I received the product at all. see attached correspondence received after returning the payment. No I am out of pocket
I urgently require a refund
