Community Honda

I sent my lady friend to get a key at Community Honda and they charged her $150 more than Honda of Countryside would have. I called and talked to the manager, but he said they're a union shop, so it's justified. When I tried to talk to the general manager, he got mad when I said I was going to file a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com. I heard they do that all the time. They take advantage of women and overcharge them. If they don't fix this, I'll file a complaint with the Women League too.

This Honda dealer is not good! I bought my car there on Tuesday and now it's Thursday, only 2 days later. They said they would give me a discount and I would pay 29700 for the car. But when I looked at the paperwork at home, they charged me more money for everything and the car price was 34700 instead of 29700. I ended up paying almost 40000 for the car! They won't take it back now because the deal is done, but the car is still in my name and I have the key. Don't buy from this dealership! They lied to me about the price and the paperwork was different from what they told me.

My experience with the salesperson at this dealership, ***, was not good. I asked about financing and discounts for a new car, the 2020 Honda CR-V hybrid, and she said they needed to check my credit before giving me any information. I didn't want a credit check because we just bought a house, but she insisted. After the check, she said there were no discounts available, even though they were advertised on the website. I felt like she was being dishonest and trying to keep us at the dealership. When I told her this, she didn't apologize. She also made other mistakes, like scheduling in-person appointments during the pandemic and not telling us when she wouldn't be working. We've been loyal customers, but this experience was bad.
