Communities Bulacan, Incorporated review: Construction materials used in camella baliwag

After purchasing a Frey and Arielle units at Camella Baliwag, construction on the unit started in November 2019 and was  put on hold until November 2020 when it resumed.

Our complaint is regarding the rusted roof sheets and trusses used, the material used is corroded due to bad storage over the Covid 19 break and damaged after exposure to the recent typhoons prior to being installed, we pointed the issue out to the contractor who has made an attempt to cosmetically "fix" the rust by painting.

Bottom line is we paid for new materials that are normally guaranteed by the manufactures, we cannot be expected to accept the patched up rusted roof.
