Spent over $24,000 for two new a/c units then upgraded to premium gold maintenance package as they explained it would cover me for routine maintenance and prevent future expensive problems. System is just two years old and starting having issues with one unit freezing up and not maintaining temperature. Tech comes out and says well it has hair or build up on coils. So its $1000 to clean it! Why did routine maintenance not address this issue? Clean filters regularly and tech verified filter clean so why am I having this issue?

Recommendation: STEER CLEAR unless you want to spend $$$$$
