Colonial Country Club review: Poor management - utility bills overstated

My Gas charge for 3/1/2023 was $2,271.09

I talked to Robin about it and she was supposed to look into it and get back to me which she didn't. I kept getting 30 day notices to pay or vacate due to the balance due of the gas portion.

I talk to her on 6/26/2023 and she gave me a form to fill out and send to Riverside County Office of the Agricultural Commissioner. Blake from the Agricultural Commissione's office went to the property and determined the Gas meter was working properly and the billing was wrong. He sent paperwork to Colonial County Club to refund me the money within 30 days. As of October 12, 2023 CCC has not complied.

I had to sell my property in order to pay the Gas bill and prevent eviction.

Once again the Gas bills for July and August were $756.75 and $339.20.

When the property finally closed escrow CCC took the money to cover the Gas bills they erroneously billed.
