For the past 5 days I have been trying to get in contact with this company, based out of TX, and all I get is a recording telling me that they are experiencing high volumes of calls and to call back later!!! Rickenbacker refuses to remove this from my credit even though there is a bill of sale on record at the DMV showing I had sold the car!! How do I file a complaint and possiable harassment charges on this company? We have told them over and over again they have the wrong number.
