Collagan Water review: Water softener delivery by collagen water

On 10-26-22 I had a water heater installed. The plumber informed me I had no soft water. I called collagen water to see why I had no soft water. I was informed that I had not been receiving my water delivery because the price had gone up 2.00. I have my bank send them 40.00 every month for about 50 years. I than asked collagen water that I was not notified that the price had gone up 2.00. They had my email spelled wrong, A cell phone # that I had not had for about 20 years, and clamed I had no answering machine on my phone. I get messages on my phone every day. Collagen was happy to take off the $ 80.00 of 8 months of late fees, that I had no idea that I owed because of not being notified the charge had gone up. I asked they why they did not notify me by mail. They had no answer for. me. I asked that they pick up their water softer be picked up. They did Schuele me an appointment to be picked up on 10-31-22. Today 11-1-22 it is still there. I asked that my 8 months of payment of 40.00 per month be refunded. She stated that I had played it to them and would not get a refund. It is not so much the money as it is the principal of it. I had to have my water heater replaced, my faucets should be replaced, and I am hopping I can save my silver ware, and glasses. this I mentioned to her, but I did not ask for it.
