In early April 2025 I ordered seven articles of clothing in Petite large. The clothing arrived but was too large. Entire order was returned per your instructions and i received notification items had been received and. I could expect my refund minus shipping costs witin 5 to 7 business days. It has not been more than two weeks and no refund has been applied to my credit card account.. Order number [protected] amounted to $329.78 including Shipping and Tax. I paid an additional $9.95 shipping for the return using Happy Return code HRQ9RCQP. CaseReference D05092497

Claimed loss: $289.65 plus applicable taxes to credit card

Desired outcome: $268.65 plustases to original payment credit card.
