Coinbase - customer service

Upon enter ring store I was told I could not use machine. I was told I had to do it on my phone. This was told lad to me by a tall African American guy who spoke Spanish. I asked fir assistance several times but he was to wrapped up with his joystick while playing video games on his large flat scrabble tv. Once he paused for a moment to give me a paper with instructions and firmly told me he could not help me in any way. I I repeatedly told him I did not have my glasses and that I did not know how to use my internet on phone. He kept playing his video games. I asked fir assistance from someone else and he told me that I had to deal with him. I told of him I would go to apple to help me cause I was not sure about my password fir account. I told him I also could not handle talking to someone or never had gone to a business where a customer service person was to busy playing video games and not trying to help me. He then try to put words in my mouth as I was exiting saying you are rude. You have to stop being scared. I told him I'm not scared of anything and that I was sure other people have complained about him especially if he was ignoring them and to busy playing video games. Fortunately I found an ex associate of mine in the neighborhood who had been to the bit coin store many times and all he did was use the machine pay and get a slip and make wallet. He spoke to the tall African American looking guy that spoke Spanish. Since the conversation was in Spanish and I have a language barrier I recorded it. Sadly to say it was not good. The worker told my friend there was no paper in the machine and he refused to put paper in fir reason he did not need to explain. He also told my friend that my friend could nit help me. It was only me and the wirker together to resolve this he also bragged how he had been doing this since 20103. He even imitated me look kind of a grayish move. My friend aske the other older Hispanic man to help and he said we had to deal with the person we started with. He refused. Now. I ask myself. Did I interrupt his PlayStation games and he was upset, does he hate his job, or is he jaded and can't deal with people, is he a narsacist, or is he just power tripping. Buyer beware at this place.
