CoinbaseI can't get past, their verification, cant close my account and cant get a straight answer where all the information goes when I close

i cant get past the verification process even though ive verfied my email, phone number, bank account, and sent two copies of my drivers license and selfie. there is no buttom at the bottom of settings that permits you to close the account either. ive sent emails and called to speak to ab agent ( that refused to give his i.d. number) to request : either let me begin buying, close my account, and delete my information. their help bot claims, as does internet you can close your account by simply clicking a button at the bottom of settings. no such button exists. i have now given coinbase so much of my personal information, it wold be easy to construct a false i.d. based on this. i cant get straight answers from them either through email or phone calls

Account deletion simply doesn't work. All prerequisites for account deletion are met(zero balances). Click the button and all that happens is a message "You can't complete the account closure quite yet". Another verification code gets sent but there is nowhere to enter it.
