I was charged for a cofounderslab.com subscription that I didnt want and I cannot cancel. The website provides no working cancellation option. Customer service does not respond to cancellation requests. Besides this cancellation scam, the website itself is a scam, full of bots!
Actions taken:
Searched entire website for cancellation option - none exists
Attempted to contact customer service - no response
Contacted and reported to Stripe (payment processor) - awaiting response
Reported to FTC
Performed a credit card dispute

Charged without my permission. IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. No working cancellation button anywhere on the site. Customer service completely ignores you.
Found hundreds of people online with the exact same problem - everyone had to CANCEL THEIR CREDIT CARDS to escape these charges. That's literally the only way to stop them from taking your money every month.
I'm now forced to cancel my card and deal with updating all my other payments just to stop this company from stealing $29 monthly.
This is not a legitimate business. It's designed to trap your credit card and take money forever. The "service" is worthless - just a scheme to get your payment info.
Currently disputing with my bank and reporting to payment processors.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If they already have your card, cancel it immediately. There is NO other way to stop the charges.
