They keep sending emails to agents saying they've been "nominated" for an award. It's a scam. Nobody nominates anyone. You sign up and they ask for $500 for the award. They need to grow up and find a more respectable business.

I had a call scheduled with Zack Klinger, the Account Manager at Five Star Professional. However, he called me at a different time than we had agreed upon, without consulting me first. When I spoke to him on the phone, he was quite short with me and wasted my time. He even threatened not to award me the 5-star thing unless I listened to his full sales pitch. It was a frustrating experience and a complete waste of my time. I had reserved that time for our call, and I will never get that time back.

This company keeps calling us all day long, like four times! They've been calling us for over a year now and no matter how many times we ask them to stop calling, they still keep calling back. They even hang up on us when we say no. They're a total scam and they call from different numbers so we can't block them. We tried calling their main number but there's no way to talk to a rep to get our number off their list. No one wants to talk to us!

This company called me out of nowhere telling me that I was nominated for a five star award. When I asked what it was, I was given some unclear answer about being good at marketing. I don't know what that means because I don't market my business and my business only has one employee, ME. I don't know how much this company charges for this award, but it's obviously a scam targeting people who need a little help. That's okay, if people want to pay for this service... but why lie? This is not right.

Five Star Professional keeps calling me and my company non-stop, but they never leave any contact information when they leave voicemails. When I finally spoke with them on the phone, they were super rude and didn't seem to know what they were talking about. They couldn't give me any consistent information and seemed confused about their own statistics. When I asked to be taken off their calling list, they just hung up on me! I want them to remove all my contact info, including emails and phone numbers, from their list. I don't want anything to do with this company and they need to stop bothering me and my job.
