Emmanuel has been at my home during routine *** checks in the past and I feel confident with his knowledge and service.The office is extremely easy to contact to set up an appointment and the service person that is assigned keeps me updated as to his arrival time . A photo of service person is also sent to my cell phone so I know what he looks like. Plus the service *** is well marked with company graphics.Covid precautious followed also!

Not everyone can afford these so-called service plans! Definitely a horrible way to treat a long-time customer!"

After being a customer for over 10 years, having them install an a/c-furnace unit years ago, when i called for a broken a/c when it was hot outside, i was told that since i'm not in their 'family plans' i couldn't get service for 48 hours. Not everyone can afford these so-called service plans! Definitely a horrible way to treat a long-time customer!"

Ive been with this company for over a year now. And Ive had multiple visits to my house. All the technicians have always been courteous and knowledgeable. Their prices are good. Their customer service over the phone is excellent as well. And I appreciate the service plan I purchased and it helps me to prevent disastrous expenses. Really glad I found them.

The office is extremely easy to contact to set up an appointment and the service person that is assigned keeps me updated as to his arrival time. A photo of the service person is also sent to my cell phone so I know what he looks like. Plus the service vehicle is well marked with company graphics. Covid precautions followed also!

We found Leslie after working with competitors in the past, and we will be sticking with Leslie from now on! We had an entire heating/cooling system installed after our old one failed, and nobody could have done a better, quicker, or more customer friendly job. We interacted with two of their people by phone and 4 of them in person, and all were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The system itself is top-notch as well, and the installation exceeds the quality of the prior installation that they removed. They have our highest recommendation and our continued business in the future.

We have had consistent air quality and mold issues in house. Brendan and Peter have worked with us for many years installing a new furnace/air system, new venting, filtration and now dehumidification for the basement which continues to have humidity problems, including working with a insulation company to get the proper insulation/ventilation in the attic. They are not the least expensive, but the value they bring and knowledge is incredible. Peter, the lead technician for installations has been at each of installation and is awesome. He knows how to solve complex technical issues put in front of him, and seems to always have a positive attitude. Very professional and knowledgable team from installation to each service technician. Highly recommended.
