Bad customer service. Will never buy another coach handbag. Spent $$$ on red shoulder crossover handbag and handle frayed before 2 years of use. Return to be fixed handbag was returned without why not repaired. When customer service called it was deemed customer use not a defect and was not notified if I would like a repair even cost to the customer.
