Club de Soleil review: Service complaints & payment overcharges

In 2008 my wife & I purchased a Time Share in Las Vegas from Club de Soleil, Soleil Management. The Time Share can be used every other year, bi-yearly? We've paid the entire balance and now supposedly own it for life. Over the years I've made the payments accordingly, maybe a few late payments. However, the funding company to whom I make the payments to are lowsy bookkeepers! We paid the debt off in 2021 and maintenance dues are paid each year. Actually, we don't own the property, but we're supposed to have access to a villa every other year. This company has lost two (2) payments over the duration of the payoff and although I've provided proof on two occasions, they have not debited my account for those payments. The last complaint they asked me for proof again, it's been from eight to ten years since I first provided that proof and now they're asking for it again but now it's been misplaced, and I no longer have access to the papers, and I've never been compensated. Although I've complained to Soleil Management they have not intervened!

I also have a complaint against Soleil Management for delinquent maintenance dues which I also had three (3) payments lost. I've paid maintenance dues since 2008 and only use it every other year, (I should only pay for the years that I use it but it's company policy (that's what I was told) so I cannot change that but I'm being charged interest daily on the questioned amount, THAT'S MY COMPLAINT!" Because there's a disagreement on this issue, I've ONLY been ALLOWED to Use this property ONCE in 15 YEARS and Soleil Manage wants me to PAY YEARLY MAINTENANCE DUES, which is DEFINATELY NOT RIGHT, and It is Probably ILLEGAL and not Warranted! I've asked on Several Occasions to use the property and wasn't allowed. When I've went to Las Vegas I had to Pay Out Of Pocket and Make other living arrangements. I've made numerous calls and wrote numerous letters over this period and it's not been satisfied. I would like the Money I've paid over these years refunded or for them to buy this Time Share from ME! I have paperwork if needed to present with this complain. Please assist me with this PROBLEM!
