March 6, 2022 I placed an order for a curio / display cabinet for my home. I requested in-home setup and white glove service.

In April, I made a call to Customer service and was informed that the cabinet was shipped to the delivery center and it was damaged so it was returned to the company and a replacement was being processed.

I have made subsequent calls to Customer service but have not been able to reach anyone to speak to. I get an automated message asking for a callback number so I can be contacted. Their hours of operation are limited for Customer Service. I call within those hours only to sit on hold long enough for them to say they are closed and to try again another day. I have responded to emails and filled out tracking forms and filed complaints with the company through their Contact Management form on their website. I have not gotten any response at all.

The option on their website to track my order no longer works, the layout of the website has changed and minimal information is available. I have been told I would get update emails and phone calls but have received neither.

It is now over 2 1/2 months and still no shipment yet they took my payment from my credit card on March 9.

Their Customer Service is impossible to reach and automation on the phone keeps telling their customers to refer to the website. This is no help at all.

I am contemplating cancelling my order and demanding a refund as well as reporting them to CA Consumer Protection as the company is located in Thousand Oaks, CA.

This is unacceptable and must be rectified ASAP.

Desired outcome: if they refuse to deliver on their responsibility to their customers. I would also like to be contacted by the company to explain why this has happened and what they plan to do about it.
