On December 24, 2021, I ordered two curio cabinets on line at Clockway.com. This is an amazing website and I never dreamed there would be any problem. I didn't worry about my order until the company started giving me the runaround in February 2022. I can show email for 5 or 6 delivery dates that never have happened. I am concerned I have lost $3100. They don't return phone calls and have ignored demands for a full refund. When I am willing to wait 30-40 minutes on hold to talk to someone I am told there is no problem just continued delays with the delivery process. On May 2 or May 3, 2022 a man called to tell me one of the curios was damaged and would be returned to the manufacturer. He said I would have to talk to customer service regarding a refund but the second curio he thought he could have delivered that Friday (May 6, 2022). Two weeks have passed and no curio or further communication.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund.
