I paid for an in-ground liner replacement and new cover to be installed in October
I paid for an in-ground liner replacement and new cover to be installed in October . They said they'd get it done before winter. It's July and I still ain't got no liner or cover. I've reached out to them a bunch of times and they either make up excuses or don't even respond. I asked for my money back so I can hire someone else, but they ain't given me that either.
I paid Cleveland Aqua Pros $60,000 to put in an inground pool, but they haven't finished the job yet
I paid Cleveland Aqua Pros $60,000 to put in an inground pool, but they haven't finished the job yet. They were supposed to replace the liner, treat the water, and close the pool in the fall of 2021, but they never did. The concrete is already cracking, and they didn't even teach me how to take care of the pool. I had to buy new 2x4's for the framing because they let the old ones warp. They also installed the deck fountain valves in the wrong place, and the pump keeps having issues because of improperly installed lines. I've been waiting for a year and a half for them to finish, and they haven't made any effort to reach out. It's been really stressful and upsetting to pay so much money for a pool that looks terrible. Here's the timeline: construction started on 8/14, liner installed and pool filled on 9/1, concrete installed on 10/16, fence installed on 7/15, and final payment made on 7/27 with a promise to complete the job before closing in the fall of 2021. I texted the owner on 10/22, but got no response.

Fiberglass pool came on [protected], Tom said 2 weeks to finish but it took a month until June 23
Fiberglass pool came on [protected], Tom said 2 weeks to finish but it took a month until June 23. Paid in full on [protected]. On 7-9-2018, a light fell out of the pool, scratches in pool screws missing to hold down bubblers. Tom came on 6-26 to do repairs and I told him about water loss, he said it was evaporation. On 8/23, Tom finally came out to check about my water loss. $100 water and sewer bill. He found the leak that I complained about 6 weeks ago, it was because they didn't screw in the bubbler, now he can't screw it in he has to caulk it in. Looks terrible. On May 24, I opened the pool and found a crack, called Tom immediately. He said he'd come out but never did. On 7/26, I called the pool manufacturer in Tennessee and they came out to repair and said the pool was installed improperly. Again loss of water and salt waiting on Tom. He was told how to repair the pool. For the next 11 months, I texted Tom 11 times and got a few responses back. I contacted Home Advisors on 5/14 and rated him poorly. Tom said he wouldn't come out until I changed my rating. Tom finally agreed to come out, we had to move our mulch pile and a bunch of plants where he was going to dig, we did that on 6/7. Tom's guys showed up on 6-9, dug a big hole then never showed back up till 6/16. Most of my plants died and we had dirt all around the pool. Tom worked on fixing the pool on 6/16. When he was done I got in the shallow part of the pool and you can still hear echoes from the voids under to pool. Tom got in the pool and heard them as well. He said "I did the best I could". Getting in the pool the next day I found more voids in the deeper sections of the pool. I asked him for an extended warranty and compensation for all the water and salt loss, not to mention my aggravation for waiting 11 months for a repair that isn't satisfactory. He said he would warranty the pool for 4 years, give me 10 bags of salt and open and close the pool for 2 seasons. Pool is NOT repaired properly and I don't think I want him back for the closings and openings because he said he was coming to close the pool Sept of 2019 and never showed. He is unreliable, always has a story or an excuse for not showing up when he was paid in full. No regard for my yard or time or my feelings.
