Clearme review: Airport security

Clear is NOT open on the weekends at selected airports!

We are members. Free the first yr with AMX Platinum. Thereafter $. This morning Nov 26 (Sun) leaving White Plains, NY airport (the busiest day of the year!) Clear was not open from 7AM-8:30 and perhaps all day according to the Clear rep who responded to my chat that they are not open on Sat & Sun! Yet when we arrived in West Palm Beach around 11:30 AM, Clear was open and signing up new customers. What good is this expensive service when they are not open on the busiest day of the year? With Pre-Ck which was also mobbed today at least they are giving you an option to clear security a bit faster. Before signing up people should ck the hours of operation at the airports used most frequently. Clear does not send push notices regarding locations that are open/not and the hours ahead of time. We barely made our flight! It's nice they went public and people made lots of $ which is the rewards for entrepreneurship, but after you deposit the ck remember that there are real customers who are paying the freight and expect excellent service and transparency! WE are not renewing!
