Clean Energy Solutions has refused to fix my roof after I reported it to them in April last year, 2020. I have left several messages with Irma, who is in charge of the roof. The roof in my master's bedroom has been leaking, and every time I call Irma, she just tells me she doesn't have an answer but they are working on it. Irma has not returned a single call. They came to inspect the problem and they know they used the wrong size material. We paid a significant amount of money and they will not respond to certified letters, emails, or any calls. It has been over a year since I reported these issues to this company. I want them to take responsibility and come fix the issue. We didn't pay them pennies or nickels. If they don't, I will hire a new contractor to fix the issues and they will need to refund my money for their sloppy job and negligence in fixing something they never did right.

They gave me a contract that explained what they would do, and I gave them a check for $*** as a deposit. The contract clearly said not to cash the check until they knew if I could get a loan. If I couldn't get a loan, they were supposed to give me the money back. About a week later, I decided not to use their services and told the consultant, ***, about it. He said it was okay and that he would throw away the check. But on October 19, the company cashed the check. I've tried calling them many times, and I even went to their office in San Diego, but they haven't returned my calls. It seems like this company is taking advantage of an old man who just wants to make sure his family has a good future.
