Clayton Built review: Quality and manufacturing

Purchased my Clayton built mobile home from Marlette in November 2021. The home cost me $91,000. I have taken off three vacation days from work due to the need for a repairman to come out. I just recently had a drive shaft delivered as the one they had delivered originally was broken and placed under my trailer. This was all done without my knowledge. I had no idea they had left me with a broken drive shaft. There was damage to the covering of my insulation under the trailer that I only found out about by accident. Had I not found out I never would have had it repaired. This would have left easy access for bugs and wildlife. I've had difficulties with my thermostat to which no one ever replied. With the help of the park owner and one of her handy people I've had it fixed and have heat. I have faces falling off a drawers, plastic runners that the drawers run on that are stapled to the cabinets. Three such repairs have been made already. I have nails popping through the flooring , they have been addressed at least twice and continue to pop through . On the repairman's recent visit to take care of the staples that are popping out of the laminate on my kitchen cabinets it was discovered that this is because trim was never added to complete the cabinets. The trim that they sent was the incorrect color the flooring that they sent to cover the nails popping through was also the incorrect color. I will now be taking a fourth day off, losing yet another vacation day while repairs continue to be made. Deb from Marlette doesn't even bother returning calls or emails. This is a disgrace. I would never recommend purchasing anything from Marlette or Clayton Built.
