I put my heavy trash out on the day required. They did not pick up my trash, I called the city of Houston waste management, and they created a ticket. After 7 days I called because it was still there. I was told "you heavy trash was picked up by a third party". I assured her that it was still out there. We created another ticket, when I spoke to them this morning, I was told "the ticket was closed because the trash was not there". Obviously, they are not coming to my house, because it is still out there.
Even when they pick up the regular trash, the cans are laying on its side with trash around it. This service is absolutely ridiculous. There is absolutely no accountability for anyone to do their job. Why do we keep wasting money on someone to file tickets to just cancel them for no reason? I guess I need to work for them, do a crappy job and you will work there forever!
