City of El Paso review: Breach of contract - never received my order

Order was processed July, 07 2023 and per contract was to be delivered and installed within 6 to 8 weeks. I started calling the local store about the beginning of November and was told that the factory would have to be contacted and I would be called back with information, no phone call ever was returned to me.

I then called again towards the end of November and was told by Kimbery (the manager) that the factory was closed for the holidays and she would have to contact them for further information again, and being that they were closed it would be after the new year for any information. I called again December 27 only to be told the same excuse, "factory closed, Kimberly said again she would contact them and then me, NO call back, I then called the Corporate office only to be told they can not help due to the business being a franchise and the only remedy was that they(corporate) would call my local store to call me, NO call! I want my money refunded and be done with this awful business.
